A job in Rekrutko is more than a posting. It’s a complete hiring workspace that brings together everything your team needs to fill a role — the job details candidates see, the form they fill out to apply, the pipeline your team uses to evaluate them, and the reviewers who make the decisions.

Job details

Title, description, employment type, and work mode. This is what candidates see on the public job page.

Application form

A customizable form that defines what candidates must fill out when they apply. Name and email are required, and you can add your own questions, cover letter, CV upload, and other text fields.

Hiring pipeline

A sequence of steps your team works through to evaluate candidates. Starts with Application Review, and you can add additional steps — or we can build custom steps tailored to your process.

Reviewers

Team members assigned to evaluate candidates. Multiple reviewers can collaborate and view each other’s assessments, making it easier to reach a decision together.

Every job goes through a series of states:

DraftYou’re still setting up the job. Not visible to candidates. Save and come back anytime.
PublishedThe job is live. Candidates can see the public page and submit applications.
ClosedNo longer accepting applications. All existing candidate data is preserved.
ArchivedHidden from your active job list. Can be restored to draft at any time.
